Their enquiry for this day came rather spontaneously. But the good thing was, that we had already met months before and made plans for their big church wedding. Now, this lovely day swept through my week with such joy & ease. It was the most beautiful delight to meet the intimate family prior to the big wedding & share the precious moments of their civil wedding.
This might have been the smallest wedding I photographed & it was all the more precious for it. A surprisingly warm spring day in the most perfect castle location, with – prepare yourselves – a greenhouse for portraits!
Oh yes, and did I already mention that the bride looked like a model with the charm of a leading lady from the 5os? Their style was simply impeccable. Thanks you two, not only for being so charmingly good-looking, but for speaking from the heart & for sharing your very own love language. Truly, you are the reason I love what I do! When I get to see two friends, in love, with trust and honesty, and that healthy dose of wit and joke as you unite it. <3 It was a dream!
Thank you!
And of course, there will be more jaw-dropping gorgeousness for the church wedding on the Blog soon. 🙂
