This day? Oh my word! It was one for the books! Picture fall colours, soft breeze, a castle tucked away beyond dirt roads, horses on the side of the lane, a picturesque gothic church full with dear souls, family close and kindness closer.
On this cold Tuesday morning I love looking back at the memory of this special day. Knowing that it held so much love and beauty. Reminding me of why I set out to be a collector of moments. Sometimes this is what my couples do to me. They are the strongest love letter I receive. They are the reason and the reminder of my passion. I feel incredibly honoured to have been able to witness Simona & Nico´s fairytale wedding.
We started out with a wonderful relaxed morning. Getting ready in the residence wing of the castle I held my breath approaching the bridal suite. Getting ready with the sisters was the sweetest way to start. Seriously, you will love the getting ready images! Just wait and scroll down!
One of my favourite things about this day was that everything was close to the castle Weitenburg. The portraits, the church, the reception were all in close proximity & guaranteed the smoothest timeline. Something which made the day much more tranquil not only for me, but also for the bride and groom.
The ceremony took place in the smallest gothic church I have been to yet. So much that I had zero space to move, tucked somewhere between the altar and the maid of honour. <3 But be assured, this took nothing away from the beauty which unfolded.
Dear Simona & Nico! Thank you for your kindness & caring manner! It was my utmost pleasure & joy to witness your love!
Love!
Did I say to much? So many favourites!!
Gah! Simona, you are so beautiful!
Their hearts had me melting in my ballerinas!!
